In Dark Tower we meet actor Damon Wellington who is working on a new feature film with fellow actors Jessica Vance & Ben Weston. They are all concerned about Jessica’s recent breakdown after the murder of her husband. When her husband mysteriously returns from the dead, the shock to Jessica may deal a fatal blow to her sanity!
In The Furnished Room we learn about the very nice upstairs room being offered by a certain Mrs. Hawkins. This room has been empty for quite a while, after being occupied by a Mrs. & Mrs. Jennings. When Mrs. Jennings died, a heartbroken Mr. Jennings sold all their furniture & moved away, but now Mr. Jennings has returned to re-rent the room and taken great pains to repurchase every stick of his married furniture!
