High School students! Join our first ever Community Leadership Program where you’ll get a unique opportunity to learn leadership and team building skills, while being involved in a community project that benefits the Roe Jan community. This year, students will work on the implementation of a drive-in movie theater to be held at the Copake Memorial Park for four weekends, beginning August 14, 2020 at 7:30 PM. There will be approximately 6 hours per week for meetings and project planning, management, and implementation beginning on August 12, 2020.
There will also be four 1-hour Learning from Leaders sessions for students to meet with local leaders in business, public service, and community service. Students will be eligible for Achievement Awards which are funded by the Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation. Award decisions will be made upon participation and commitment.
