Join us for an evening of song, storytelling, and soul. Inspired by the work of genre-bending artists like Joni Mitchell and Béla Fleck, Charissa writes music that “transports the listener to beautiful new worlds”. Charissa Hoffman (ukulele), Larry Cook (bass) and Harry Bartlett (guitar) come together with entrancing instrumentals, introspective lyrics, joyful harmonies, and witty banter. Paul McGee of Lonesome Highway says: “This is music that deserves a wide listenership and expands the Folk definition of composition and structure in song.” Made possible in part by Stewart’s Shops & The Ackerman Foundation, Inc. Tickets $20 at the door (or pay what you can).
